Trying a new nail system should feel exciting — not risky.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — even if your
polish has been opened and tested.
Test your gel polish with one full application. Returns are accepted provided the product is not significantly depleted.
If you change your mind or don’t love the shade, your refund is issued to your original payment method, minus a flat $9 service & handling fee.
For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can prioritize your replacement.
Hardware must be returned in original packaging with all components and protective films intact.
